With this in mind, a clean house wasn't enough for us and since 2005 we have enforced the most rigid  protocols in terms of hygiene, cleaning, disinfection and sanitization.

These services are entirely entrusted to highly specialized professional operators and they include:

TOWELS AND LINENS are provided by professional linen rental service with the highest standards of quality and hygene.

DISINFECTION of mattresses, pillows, couch, carpets, curtains, toilets and all washable surfaces with high pressure 150° C steam provided by a professional steam generator with integrated liquid vacuum cleaner that is able to dissolve any type of grease and dirt and remove everything at the same time, leaving surfaces clean, disinfected and perfectly dry. The 150°C steam is suitable for removing dust  mites from carpets and mattresses, as well as any type of allergen or bacteria that may be in the room.

OZONE SANITIZATION of the house. Room by room. Ozonation is one of the most effective, safe, and  environmentally friendly sanitation systems, due to the high oxidizing power of Ozone. In fact, the  power of Ozone to sanitize air, water and surfaces is due to its ability to break down the cell  membranes underlying the vital integrity of bacterial cells, fungi, microbes, viruses, pathogenic agents,  salmonella, dust mites, shield bugs, insects, fleas, ticks and lice and then it completely breaks down into  oxygen within 30-60 minutes from use. For all this reason, Ozone protects people and objects sanitizing  the space, air and surfaces.

THE POOL is maintained by pecialized staff and partners. Water is analyzed on a daily basis. High accuracy  electronic test of chlorine, pH and cyanuric acid allow a reliable assessments of water quality
